8/6/22 - back at HIckory to gather a few more national points. Thanks to hickory for letting the race continue even through a lengthy rain delay. Doug finished 4th out of the 21 car field in the 75 lap race. Back at Dominion on 8/13/2022. Doug is the current track points leader in the late model stock division at Dominion.

JUNE 25, 2022 - GOOD POINTS NIGHT AT DOMINION….1ST RACE-DOUG CAME IN 2ND & 3rd place in the 2ND RACE..

1st race of the 2022 racing season - February 5, 2022 the IceBreaker at

Florence Motor Speedway in SC . Doug qualified 22nd & finished 8th.

8/13/22 - Not the night we wanted at Dominion , Doug’s motor was going flat and ended up with a left rear cut tire in both races. He held on to 7th place in the first race and 4th place in the second race. Took a hit in the points for track championship.

7/23/2022 - Doug decided to head to hickory speedway in Hickory, NC to pick up some national points. He got 8th in the 1st race & 4th in the 2nd race. Back to Dominion on 7/30/2022

4/23/2022 - Dominion raceway

Doug qualified 2nd, finished 2nd in first race & 3rd in second race.

8/27/22 - not the night we were expecting at dominion .. practiced in the green #88 and the motor was blowing up. Thanks to dustin storm for allowing me to use the #28 so I didn't lose all of the points tonight. Finished 7th and 4th.

9/10/22 - Another good points night at Dominion ... Doug was fastest in qualifying and got the pole. After the invert, he had to start 6th but came home strong in both races with 2-2nd places for the evening... next weekend is the last weekend for track points and it's going to be a tight one for sure !!

JUNE 11, 2022 - INTERESTING NIGHT AT DOMINION FOR THE BIG ONE LAST NIGHT. DOUG QUALIFIED 2ND. AT THE END OF THE 1ST 50 LAP SEGMENT, DOUG WAS IN 4TH. AFTER A RAIN DELAY, AT THE END of the 2nd segment, DOUG CAME BACK IN 6TH. DOUG BATTLED BACK QUITE A FEW TIMES IN THE 3RD SEGMENT TO ULTIMATELY COME IN 2ND OUT OF THE 23 CAR FIELD.

Heading to Martinsville speedway for biggest Late Model Race of the year on this upcoming Saturday 9/24/22

4/9/2022 - First race of the year at Dominion. Doug qualified 5th, finished 2nd the first race & 5th the second race.

9/17/2022 - Championship night at dominion - We had a rocket ship on Saturday night before getting tangled up with a lap car with 15 laps to go. We had a rough season, but we’re off to Martinsville this weekend and I’m excited to just race and not worry about points or anything else anymore. Thank you to my team, friends and family for always supporting me. This season took a toll on me and I’m glad it’s over.
Congratulations to Peyton Sellers on a great season and another championship. He whooped my ass all season long and definitely deserved the championship. I’m looking forward to tying us back up at 3 championships a piece next season.

MAY 21, 2022 - DOMINION RACEWAY - MISERABLE AND HOT DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE SATURDAY'S WEATHER WITH THE EARLY START TIME FOR THE TWIN RACES AT DOMINION THIS PAST SATURDAY.....NOT ONE PICTURE TAKEN... DOUG FINISHED 2ND IN THE 1ST RACE AND 4TH IN THE 2ND RACE... ...BACK AT IT ON JUNE 11TH !!!! HOPEFULLY IT'S A LITTLE COOLER....

07/30/22 - Back at dominion for the 1st annual Blake morris memorial race.

great points night as Doug grabbed 2nd & 3rd place finishes.

Headed back to hickory on 8/6/2022.
